1.1 Scope of Agreement

1.2 Language and Interpretation

This Agreement is written in Bengali. In the event of any interpretive ambiguity, the decision of www baji999 management shall be final. Users who have questions about any matter may seek clarification from the support team via 24/7 live chat or email.

2.1 Registration Requirements

Each user may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found in the same person's name, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and funds held may be forfeited.

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information is a direct breach of this Agreement.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your username, password, and OTP confidential. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to the support team immediately.

Allowing another person to use your account, transferring your account, or selling it is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Verification Process

www baji999 may at any time request documents necessary to verify the identity of an account holder. The Platform reserves the right to temporarily suspend the withdrawal process until verification is complete.

3.1 Minimum Age

All services at www baji999 are open only to persons aged 21 or older. Misrepresenting your age at the time of registration is a serious violation.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

4.1 Deposit Rules

Deposited funds may only be withdrawn to the same account from which they were sent. Depositing or withdrawing using a third-party account is prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours; however, this time may vary if a verification process is ongoing.

If the applicable wagering requirements on the account have not been met at the time of a withdrawal request, the withdrawal will not be processed. All wagering requirements must be fulfilled before winnings earned from a bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Transaction Rules

• The same payment method must be used for both deposits and withdrawals.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

www baji999 offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. That is, if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus, and you must wager ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

A bonus is in no way equivalent to cash and cannot be withdrawn directly. Winnings earned from a bonus may only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been fully met.

5.2 VIP Cashback Program

The www baji999 VIP program has 5 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each level — from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze level to a maximum of 0.8% at Diamond level on net weekly losses.

Weekly cashback is calculated at the applicable rate on the net loss, which is total losses minus total winnings for the week.

5.3 Promotion Abuse

Using multiple accounts, providing false information, or engaging in any form of manipulation to improperly obtain bonus or promotional benefits will be identified as "bonus abuse". In such cases, www baji999 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and suspend the account.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on www baji999 will be considered valid only after final confirmation is received. The Platform reserves the right to cancel any bet that was incorrectly displayed or accepted due to a technical error.

For sports betting, bets will be settled only after the official match result is finalised. Special rules applicable to tournaments such as BPL, IPL, or the T20 World Cup will be stated separately on the betting page.

6.2 Cancellation and Review

If a match is abandoned, suspended, or ends before the scheduled time, www baji999 will settle bets according to the applicable rules. If an in-play bet accepted through the automated system is affected by a technical error, it may be cancelled or adjusted after review.

6.3 Casino Game Rules

In live casino, slots, and table games, the individual rules of each game apply. If a connection is lost or the browser is closed, the result of the ongoing round will be saved on the server and can be viewed upon reconnecting.

7.1 List of Completely Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the www baji999 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using another person's identity.
• Placing artificial bets using software, bots, or automated tools.
• Following deliberate strategies to abuse bonuses (including arbitrage betting).
• Using the Platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.

• Harassing or showing hostile behaviour toward other users.

If evidence of any of the above activities is found, the account will be immediately and permanently closed, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

8.1 Platform Rights

www baji999 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or close any account for any reason, particularly on suspicion of a breach of these terms, without prior notice.

8.3 Funds After Account Closure

Funds held in an account closed due to a rule violation may be forfeited. If closed for a general reason, withdrawable funds will be returned subject to fulfilment of any outstanding wagering requirements.
